The education to a mountainbike instructor takes more than three weeks over one year. It starts with about ten days in october with most of the theoretical education and many basics in common training, body coordination and skills on the bike. Later in april the second part of this education is about more practical and often out in bike areas with basics of power and duration training, race course creation and more.  The last week of education is a preparation to the final exam and with this the hardest week with many skill training (standing free hand on stand) and downhill training in Afritz.
